Here is how we ensure your experience is seamless.

While your day will undoubtedly start early, ours starts earlier still.  After a morning feed, each horse is thoroughly groomed – full body wash, mane and tail shampoo and hoof care (we have a resident blacksmith).  This process takes about two hours, which may seem long, but we take pride in what we do.  Harness will already be cleaned the night before, with brass polished to the highest sheen.  The carriage receives a final inspection.  Boots are buffed, stocks are starched, top hats brushed off.  We are set to go.

Prior to your day, we will have visited you to ensure the most appropriate route – a kind of dress rehearsal.  This enables us to give you exact timings for the journey.  On the day, we arrive at your door in plenty of time.

Think of your driver and groom as your courtiers for the day.  They are there to ensure you enjoy your day.
